Meet Brigid Cisneroz

With 25 years of experience in education, I'm passionate about helping students, teachers, schools, and families reach their full potential. My career spans both elementary and higher education, giving me a unique perspective on teaching, learning, and educational leadership.

Throughout my career I've served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, mentor, professional development facilitator, and educational consultant. I've taught students across multiple grade levels, worked with gifted learners, mentored new teachers, and delivered PD workshops focused on instructional best practices, data-driven decision making, differentiation, small-group instruction, and innovative teaching strategies.

As the founder of Momentum Coaching and Learning, I combine extensive classroom experience with practical coaching expertise to support educators, school leaders, and families. I believe that meaningful growth happens when schools, teachers, and families work together — and my mission is to empower everyone in that circle with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need.
